    My rights at work regarding sickness with depression?

    I have been off work for 3 weeks . My doctor signed me off with depression. I am due to go back tomorrow but don't feel ready.i am crippled with anxiety right now. Does any one know what I should do?

    I would visit your doctor again for another sick note if you are not ready to go back
