Going back to work tomorrow as a phased return after suffering from depression. Little nervous and worried as i still have a low mood (some days it's better) Anyone here also gone back to work why you still had a low mood? How did it go?

On 10mg Citalopram for a second time, It's been over 3 weeks now and still have a low mood. Worried about being at work and feeling like this. Does anyone else feel tearful a lot? Is 3-4 weeks long enough to know the citalopram is not working properly? Would changing the medication or upping the dose help at all and would i feel any more side effects?
