I been on citalopram 20mg for 7 month (not sure lol)

I would like to come off citalopram , Until yesterday I was on them for 20 mg. I asked a nurse to help , she prescribed me a 10 mg citalopram . She told me how to withdraw them, unfortunately I forget the schedule lol. I know lots of experts on here , kindly help me out. Thanks

I am withdrawing from Citalopram at the moment, the GP said to me to drop to 10 mg but I have read on hear that a lot of people find it easier to drop by 5 mg at a time which is what I am doing, - 15mg for 4 week, 10 for 4 weeks then 5 for 4 weeks, I have just finished the 4 weeks on 15mg, tomorrow start the 10.
