Book recommendations

I got my copy of Overcoming Medical Phobias today from WH Smiths, which I had to order. I have had a quick glance at it, and it looks a very good book, it covers phobia of blood, needles, doctors and dentists.

I thought if anybody else suffers from these phobias like I do it may be of some help to you
