My fiance is coming along to my CBT session tomorrow. He is a little worried as he doesnt know what to say. I am a bit anxious because i know he is worried. Has anyone else had someone with them. Any ideas what will happen?

What is the CBT for may i ask?
I would say that there is alot of anx going in to this session to begin with, so you both need to take a deep breath.
Why don't you see what the specialist has to say first and then your partner will know what to reply with, at the end of the day, this is a course that will be designed to help you so you shouldn't be worried about it (albeit sometimes easier said than done).
Have you researched CBT at all? and what it entails.
My advice would be go in with an open mind, these courses are designed to help you personally and it helps if you get on with your specialist.
Lovely to hear you have a supportive partner who is there for you.

How did this go, Ladymillion?
My guess is, the therapist wants to help your partner understand your illness and the coping techniques she is teaching you, so that he can better support you. Anyway, I hope it was helpful for your partner to attend.
The CBT is for anxiety and panic disorder. I suffer from agoraphobia. It went really well. The therapist explained everything to my partner and we both came away feeling much better. She has taught him how to be a co-therapist. We have to go back in 5 weeks with some feedback.
