Do I have IBS? Worrying intestinal issues...

Hi all..

I'm worries about abdominal issues I"ve been having.. I had them a few weeks ago, I get like a pressure in my abdomen, usually on right bottom side, sometimes other parts... when I get it, I also get numbness in my right left, and sometimes up the right arm and a bit of dizziness.. it's usually short lived, but can happen anytime.. it seems to happen also more just as I wake up...

I don't have diarrhea.. movements are quite normal most of the time... I just get this awful feelings in my stomach area... I can be find for hours then it comes on... I wakes me up at night sometimes, like last night.. it woke me up with dizziness too and racing heart beat...


I had tests a few weeks ago, and they said it's related to the mild gastritis that I have...

I am freaking out due to the numbness I get in my leg and up right side... I also feel my jaw is a little bit tight at times... all just stress / worry? I'm going out of my head.. I feel so stupid, always worrying about my health.. I get reassurance form tests, like a few weeks ago, then I get stuff in my head again and am convinced that they missed something very serious.
