Intermittent Left Sided Chest Pain

Hi for the last 2 days I have had intermittent left sided chest pain on my left breast it comes and goes almost as quickly as it comes. It lasts for a few seconds. I have been under a lot of stress and I am wondering if it is anxiety. But of course I keep on getting anxious in case it is a heart attack waiting to happen

oh how I understand this, I get stuff like this all the time. Generally chest pains are nothing to worry about unless they last a significant amount of time. Twinges of chest pain are quite normal according to my doctor. Every time I get them I freak out about a heart attack as well. I hope you feel better
