I dont know if you remember me but i came to this site in may. My first panic attack was 21st May 2006. These went on until late july.
Yesterday i had an attack but i didint knwo it was an attack because my right hand side of the face and body went numb.
will i ever be free fro mthese or are you prone to them for the rest of your life?
I can't answer that question babes, it depends on what type of person you are. It's fearing them that makes the situation worse. I've learnt to deal with them and you can too. As soon as you are no longer afraid, they will start to disappear.

it sounds like it could be an attack. Have you been under any stress lately? If your not releasing stress through any way ie. ecercise,relaxing.... your body will just release the stress any way it can.

Yes i have been under stress lately with my Ex starting and then his Gf getting invovled.

yeah, i thought so. this isnt your pa's coming back,its a sign from your body to slow down,take a rest and re-charge!
Sometimes we get so wound up, we just think its bad straight away.
