I have mental stress, health OCD and some constant underlying anxiety (GAD and health) more so since i recently failed at two attempts to get on SSRI's due to the side effects(citalopram 5mg 10 days- stopped, Sertraline 25mg 5 days- stopped, 3 week break)

Historically things like magnesium chelate with B6 and Adrenomax have helped me and for a while a few years ago I used a combo of P5P complex and mg taurine with fish oil and adrenomax as recommended by the Brain Bio Centre

Currently still feeling wired from the sertraline residue and sleep is not deep and a little stressed and pacing still


currently taking eskimo 3 fish oil 3 x per day and some L-theanine and magnesium taurine (1/2 capsules)which may help , ive no idea. Tried Nutri adrenal extra in small amounts a few days ago and it seems to make me rushy around lunchtime, thought the B5 and choline in it may help

Ive also taken 4mg diazepam over the last 2 days but scared to keep using it

ive seen that jarrows vit b complex is good and inositol also recommended for anxiety

I have some inositol on order, should arrive tomorrow

am waiting for CBT and hypno to start next week

any suggestions? thanks in advance
