I have my last cbt session next Wednesday. I have been going for a while now once a fortnight but next week will be my last session with my psychologist. I am only allowed up to 8 sessions with this service and I have to decide whether or not I want to be referred to a different service that allows you to have more. At the moment I feel like I want to try and cope with things on my own so I am probably going to stop cbt! Has anyone else stopped going to cbt and how did you feel?
