    tightness behind eyes/ feeling unreal

    hi everyone i have anxiety and im just beginning to get straight but my eyes feel strained and my head feels un real. i should imagine its a syptom as my doctor is pleased with my progress.

    Hi Selina

    My eyes often feel really achy and strained too. My head often feels 'swimmy' aswell. I think you'll find that it's one of those symptoms of this horrible anxiety. It can give you feelings of things not being real and feeling like you're in a dreamworld sometimes. Are you on any medication?

    Glad you're starting to get better though.

    yes i am on medication hun, its working well glad im not on my own im beginning to fell better

    does anyone else have this feeling. i dont have it all the time it comes and goes but if i am doing something i.e shopping all the symptoms seem to go
