I have found that card making helps. It doesn't have to complicated or take very long but I really feel that I have achieved something when I have finished a card.

I have recently started card making too and selling them on etsy.

I do a lot of cross-stitch, just small projects to make cards mostly. I find it very relaxing, and finishing one gives me a sense of achievement.

I'm selling some soon at an open day for the wildlife hospital where I work, so it will be nice for them to achieve some good as well

I'm glad others find crafting helpful too.
