Missed a dose of Mirt?

Okay, so I am here writing because stupid me missed a dose of Mirtazapine. I am now sweating, throwing up and having diarrhea. My psych told me to take 7.5 mg which is half the pill and then go to 15mg tonight. I don't know if I can make it. Waves of nausea are hitting me, and I feel awful. Feels like the stomach flu. What should I do?

Take the 7.5mg if you can. I don't know how many hours have lapsed since the missed dose. If it nearly time to take the next dose then take that and carry on as before. EJ

Thank you EJ. I took the 7.5mg, and my Nexium, ate a few crackers and I am feeling a bit better. I am literally having cold feet still, hopefully that will pass. Nothing a nice pair of socks can't handle!

If I were you I would rest up for the remainder of the day and be kind to yourself. You will begin to feel better tomorrow. When I missed a dose I felt very weepy and unable to cope.EJ

I am going to, I am also going to buy a new pill case, so this time I don't miss my doses. I have ADD also to add to this anxiety, which is also one of the reasons why I have anxiety because I seem to over-focus on things that bother me such as my stomach. I have terrible LPR/Silent GERD, which kills me to say the least. I am due for an Endoscopy in June, so thankfully this too shall pass.

Well, my digestive system is still thrown off, is this normal? Or shall I call the doctor, to see if I have maybe a bug?
