Anyone about to talk to??? Feeling depressed :-(

Just wondering if I can talk to someone feeling very depressed and like I allways mess up. I've got psoriasis on my scalp which I feel has come from work stress but its so hard these days to find a new job. I feel I allways mess up :-( xx

Hi Hayley I dont know whether I will be much use to talk to as I am I think very lucky that I am very very rarely down but I have 2 good ears and tons of knowledge.
