I just found this Facebook page which is for a counselling practice because I Googled for breathing exercises. I came across this image and it really helped me:



So I checked out the FB page and it contained more breathing exercises and affirmations/tips. Looks like a nice resource for people who like mindfulness etc. I like that they use lots of pictures that makes it easier to look trough.
