Hello
Im now on day 12 of 20mg the first 9/10 days were awful, headaches,shakes upset stomach,dizzy,not sleeping etc. I didnt go out for the first 5 days and am still signed off work as still have high anxiety. However yesterday afternoon and now this afternoon I have had small gimmers of my old confident happy self and the worst of the side affects seem to be lessoning, I am really hoping this is the start of me on the road to recovery. I have fantastic support from my family and just keep telling myself I will get through this.
