50mg to 100mg

Hi,

I have been on 50mg for four weeks and 100mg for last 5days now, I can say that I have had a couple of positive days in that time, but my physical issues are still there and scaring me. I have inside trembling or twitching feelings that come and stay for hours sometimes, I feel weak and heavy limbs, and my my legs are twitching up and down constantly. I feel spaced out and lightheaded and my panic and anxiety are through the roof at times. Can anyone help me?

Your experiencing the common side effects from increasing dose. Nothing to worry about, they will pass in a few weeks.

But I have had these trembling feelings and weakness for 4 weeks now, I feel like jelly on the outside and that I have a vibrating phone on the inside, I'm really scared and making me more anxious!

Yeah unfortunately side effects can last a while. For me, the jittery, anxious feeling lasted about 5-6 weeks after increasing my dose. Some will say that side effects only last for 1-2 weeks but everyone is different.
You get side effects each time you increase dose. I know its really hard but try to hang in there. Mabye ask doc for something to take the edge off if cant stand it.

I had the same horrible side effects when I started. They lasted about 10 days. My GP gave me 2mg Valium for emergencies which I understand is normal. I never took them but having them there really helped.
