the dr said i am suffering with high anxiety my mind never stops chattering he says i have had this for years in the past i could always shake it of but for the past 4 years i couldent so i ended up at the dr can you have anxiety and think its somthing else

oh yes i to have suffed for yrs my mind never switched off it jumps from one thing to another i am doing a job and my mind is never on the job its about 10 jobs infront lol i have panic attacks as well as being agraphobic how long you suufed me over 30yrs take care trishx
