I'm no expert but I really like Udo's Choice oil which is a balance of the omegas. I read somewhere that just taking one sort in isolation can knock the balance of the others.

It's expensive and you tend to get it only in health food shops in the refrigeration bit - although Tesco do sell it online via their health food site.

I have had several nutrionists rave about this oil and I have to say I don't know quite how well it works inside my body but it sure as hell makes my skin soft!

Regarding the 'B' vits I think I would take one that has the whole lot really!

    Cheers Piglet x

"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

A vitamin B complex can help that's for sure. As for the Omega complex, they can take up to 3 months before they help you. You have to be sure to take the right concentration and ratio of EDA and DHA.
You have to take the Omega 3 . Your ratio EPA/DHA : should be at least 7 to 1 in order to have a mood benefit. You need at least 1000 mg of EPA per day (min and you can go up to 3 mg with no danger). A good one to buy is the OM3emotion
it's 95% pure and has a ratio 7.5/1. Here is the link

    Good luck
