major setback

Hi, I have gone 3 months without any anxiety after a good few months of
Battling it. Iv got some serious money problems which iv been dealing with and have been happier than iv been in a really long time!
Last week it happened again, I couldn't get out of bed and called in sick, ever since iv been stressed, anxious and very emotional too. I thought id cracked this anxiety business but now I don't see any way out of this, I'm a total mess.

Hi Joseph, just see it as it is, a setback, you previously went 3 months without anxiety which is a great sign.
Dont rush your recovery and dont beat yourself up over a few bad days before you know it you'll be having good days again.

Hi Joseph. I agree with Clint. It's just a setback and three months without anxiety is something you should be extremely proud of. After all, it was YOU who accomplished it and that's awesome.

I have had setbacks too. I've been battling anxiety since I was about 22 - I'm now 30. Had a panic attack at the weekend which I considered a major setback given my progress over the last year, but I know it's just a temporary 'snag' in the works.
