Hi everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Im a 25 year old male living in Bath, Avon. For the past few years ive been suffering from panic attacks and severe anxiety on a daily basis. Since christmas 2012 this has transformed into what i can only describe as agrophobia. I havent left the house in over 4 months, apart from in my back garden, ive lost contact with most of my friends due to this and have lost all my positivity for life.

Looking for a pen pal who has been or is going through something similar. English speaking people only please.

I've been going through something similar since February this year, although I've had GAD for a while now. I'm from Bristol, but staying in Weston at the moment. Have you tried CBT4PANIC? Since becoming ill I've been having agoraphobic feelings, but I'm trying to use this CBT to help me out. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat.
