Hiatus Hernia/IBS
So I've had tummy trouble for about a year now, thought it was IBS, but doctor suggested I have an endoscopy to rule out anything else as was getting heartburn quite a bit recently.
So now they've found out I have a hiatus herniabut now very confused as to what is IBS and what is this hernia and how the hell this happened?! I'm not even 22 yet, I feel about 60! Oh my goodness. Just needed to get this out there really, and see if anyone else has been diagnosed with this alongside IBS?

What symptoms do to get with your hernia?
It's mainly just a bit of heartburn (not even everyday) and pain when I strain.
