Feel really unwell and frightened this morning. I had a bit of pain in my rib cage, on the left hand side so I started feeling. Found what I thought was a welt towards the bottom of my ribs, then I panicked and started thinking it was a dimple. Immediately googled inflammatory breast cancer and have spent the last hour scaring myself stupid, and looking at pictures, scratching myself and taking photos of it.
It isn't on my breast as such, but that hasn't made me feel any better. Am such a mess. I can't cope with this any more.
