    Don't Panic, Mr Mannering!

Hello all, my name's Jolene. I come to you all after a very unpleasant experience that came upon me out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, and then again last week in similar circumstances.

Despite the jolly thread title I'm quite worried about what I've experienced, so I'm quite pleased to have found this source of information.

I'll peruse the threads with interest, and hopefully find something that can help.

    Jolene.
