Feeling fed up, wondering if I need a higher dose

Yes I've tried several over the years. The most successful by far was Escitalopram. I was on that for 5 years. I will discuss an increase with the doc a week on Friday, and go with whatever he suggests. Hope you have a good holiday. Where are you going?

Thanks. I'm going to the Peak District, Derbyshire. I've been there a couple of times before (several years ago) but I'm looking forward to it. (This shows I must be improving, because just a few days ago I was dreading the prospect of going on holiday).

If you did well on escitalopram, what made you switch to citalopram?

I'd been off them for 5 years before this recent breakdown...and tried to go back on escit but couldn't tolerate them, even though I started on 5mg! I know that you've previously taken cit and that your response so far is not as good. I did write a post to try to establish how common this actually is a few weeks ago.
