Had a positive day today, ive come to the conclusion that no matter what I do whether it be nothing or being physical I still get the same symtoms (aching neck, shoulders, left arm nd Chest) but I'm still alive after 5 months of this!

And i am still alive after 24 years of it!!! But, some days that doesnt help!!! Others, it does... Keep on being poistive, it can only help...
