Recommendation for cbt please!

Hey could anyone recommend me a good cbt site or service.. I have had one session with someone from the nhs but now not seeing him for 3 weeks so need something a bit more constant..I have severe health anxiety to the point where sometimes I don't want to leave the house

No Panic is a registerd charity which may be able to give you the support you are looking for. They offer one to one or group CBT over the telephone and also have a helpline. It is managed mainly by former and fellow sufferers who give their time willingly to help others to recovery. I am on my second CBT course with them at the moment.
