Anxiety Levels High-not felt this bad in a while

Anyone else find that their anxiety levels are higher when they feel unwell or tired??.Have been feeling rather rotten lately.Had a very heavy period the week before last and haven't felt right since.Struggled with my dinner too earlier (not had to deal with that in a while ) and have had a nasty headache all afternoon :( .Am praying it is just a one off and that I feel better tommorrow.Am going to have a nice easy night tonight,lying on my bed reading,and then a early night aswell.

When I am tired and just after my period I feel dreadful Nausea headaches hot sweats ...Insomnia .loss of appetite ....and just generally feel low

Can I ask if you had diarrhoea also with the sour stomach. I have a churning stomach throughout the day and it has been here for over a week and I am getting fed up xxxx
