    Hi there

Sounds like a wave of anxiety to me.
I used to get this a lot but thankfully its stopped now.
try not to worry about it too much (easier said than done) but as it passes quickly, its sure to be just another nasty symptom

    Hi,
I can understand why that episode scared you so much! It was probably just a wave of anxiety so try not to worry. I get them sometimes, too. They just creep up on you out of nowhere and are very scary cos you don't expect them...don't worry, they'll go away as you begin to cope with them.

Well done for controlling it which you did by thinking ' don't '

    I hate them mad waves.

I think you did very well coping with it.
Main thing is not to dwell on it, and try to forget it ever happened.
