    I never thought......

I never thought I would need tp join a forum dealing with the monster that is Depression, but here I am. I am not a sufferer but my daughter is and has been for over twenty years. I cannot begin to imagine how she feels, but the pain she is in is almost palpable, and I cannot help her This is my reason for signing up to this forum...I want to help her, so any advice you can give me, I'm all ears.

    Re: I never thought......

    Sorry about your daughter problems..
That's very nice from you to look for information.

I have anxiety issues and now depression syntoms.

    My father is helping me.
I can only tell you that is a GREAT thing, a big, huge support for me.

Obviously he is not magic and cannot take away my fears and anxiety.

But he makes a huge difference, between beeing alone fighting with these problems, and having a person that supports you.
From the easy daily tasks to the listening and love and giving me the hope!

really, don't feel that you cannot help... your help is very important for sure!

And look after yourself as well..
