    Nar then, Yorkshire lad!

    Hi all,

I'm Stuart from Sheffield, 30yrs old, had anxiety for about 7yrs but less so over last couple of years. Was really bad at first as didn't understand what it was (never heard of it before lol) but now it only tends to flare up when I have a stressful period which since start of this year I've had quite a lot happen so having a bit of a bad patch at moment.
My main symptom is worrying about my breathing then then thinking I'll stop if I don't think about it (yes i know that's not possible) but as soon as my frame of mind changes, stress levels drop I feel fine and it doesn't bother at all.

I'm really into motorbikes and mountain biking which I find really is really good exercise and helps with anxiety

Anyway thought I'd join up and if it helps me further and I can help others then I was well worth it

    Hi Stuart, fellow Sheffield-er!

Mine's quite up and down too, more so on a daily basis for me at the moment though as it's all a bit new to me!

Hope you find the help you're looking for

I've found a great deal of support and guidance since I've been here.

    I'm sure you will too.
