I haven't got HA but am in your age bracket and I do sympathise with anyone going through any type of anxiety because it sucks!
Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible and before you know it you will be doing the impossible.

I am same age as you and while HA isn't really my problem I am an anxiety sufferer so do know what you mean about it taking over your life as that what it feels like sometimes. I am doing fairly well at the moment but I have had some bad times. I do find it helps coming on here and sharing the good and the bad. Hope it helps you too.
