    feeling failure

    Just given in to ringing doctors and prescribing me valium over the next 3-4 days and ive taken my first tablet in 91 days , thinkin allsorts , dont know wether to tell husband , feel quite sick ive given in to the craving ......
    has anyone done the same ? feeling so guitly ..

    Don't beat yourself up! Look at the positive side of things, you have gone 91 days without valium. You must have a valid reason for wanting to take it now and I am sure your husband would understand.

    Spot-the-frog is right.

    You are not a Failure if anything far from it, You have taken it into your own hands to contact your doctors for what ever reason and taken steps to help yourself through rough period in time and for that you can't look upon yourself as failing.

    And having gone so long with valium just shows that you are a person with the will to succeed you have just found yourself in need of a little guidance and help.
