An online questionnaire looking at anxiety problems!

Hi everyone,

My name is Jinal Patel and I am a postgraduate student at the University of Hertfordshire. As part of my MSc Research in Clinical Psychology course, I am carrying out a survey to examine the relationship between personality factors, the severity of anxiety problems and therapy success.

Taking part would involve spending about 20 minutes completing on online questionnaire. Participation is completely voluntary. The questionnaire does not ask for any identifiable information from you. Therefore, you will remain completely anonymous. The only requirements are that you have experienced some kind of anxiety problem or have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, and that you are over the age of 18.
