Thread: Advice?

    Advice?

I'm new here, but I've had anxiety for about a year now and get occasional panic attacks, as well as worrying about my health. I've been going through a stressful time lately and started noticing I was having a lot of stomach aches, bloating and felt sick often. I wondered if it was my birth control and went to the doctors who diagnosed me with ibs, but I'm still not convinced? Does this sound like ibs? My periods have been normal and I am sexually active so pregnancy does cross my mind although it's unlikely, I'm sick of worrying :(

:( anxiety will cause nausea. I know how you must feel, I think we all at some point in time get bloating, aches and pains etc. Sinus issues can also cause nausea, when the mucous hits the stomach it tends to cause nausea. I hope you're feeling better soon.
