A wee Hello from me...

Hi poppets...

Just thought I'd pop in and say a cheeky wee Hello to all the or the
very little people who remember me.

My name is Lisa and I am a vegetarian... (damn, wrong site)

Nah seriously, Just wanted to pop in and say I've not forgotten
the site or the lovely members. Infact I have been meaning to
do this for a while now but with one thing and another, It's taken
me till now so I shall hang my head in shame forthwith.

So how are you all doing?..I hope you have all improved since
I was here last. I'm doing loads better. I'm not 100% yet but
compared to where I was, I am in a completely different place
and my life is no longer full of negative thoughts, feelings and
anxiety. I will actually do things now rather than spend three
weeks worrying about them and then cancelling at the last minute.
I'm sure many of you know exactly how that feels...

Anyhooo was just a wee hello and to let you all know that when you
think and completely believe that you are at your lowest and
that you will never ever ever be able to feel that sense of normality
again then think twice because I can promise you, you will. It
takes some longer than others (like me) but it can and will
happen.

P.s and when all else fails..Abuse Alex!. If you don't know who he
is then please contact and administrator and they will point you
in the direction.
