New symptom - crawling feeling in head and my back

Hello,

Anyone has this strange feeling in one side of head and feel something is crawling there, with pressure in head? Still have heart palps, vibration feelings, buzzing also tinnitus. I noticed that my hair is dry, and is getting thinner. I am getting worried... My back feels like something is crawling there as well.... also once had metallic taste in mouth. Last night I felt something pop in my left side of head and now I got a little lump in my head.

I find it hard to believe that this is due to anxiety? Does these symptoms go away?? I am fed up with these feelings and want to go back to 'normal'. I feel like that I am about to die... it is horrible.

Do you have tight neck and shoulder muscles?

Actually I have sort of tight neck..when I bend my neck sideways, my left neck, it feels a bit tight and stiff. I am thinking about going to the doctor but am scared he would think I am mad. Do you get this as well?

If you have tight neck muscles its usually cos of stress, the trapezious muscle which controls your neck, shoulders can cause pain and tingling anywhere fom your neck to your hands, it's also to blame for headaches, dizziness, jaw ache, tinnitus, nausea, pins and needles and even can effect your vision.

I started to take vitamins today - hope it will work. But I am worried that my strange symptoms will get worse as I read on other forums that most people who got this vibrating thing like me, has got worse...and more stronger feelings. I don't want this to happen to me and I don't want to get more ill.... It is very scary.
