Didn't want to post in success stories, but I think im almost there...
Things are definitely looking up! Even though I do come on this site pretty much every day to see how other people are, I find that I am needing this site less and less! I still having lots of visual disturbances, so anxiety is clearly still in the back of my mind, but its not even crossed my mind once to go to the docs! This time a year ago you wouldnt of been able to stop me from going!
I no longer feel like I dont want to get out of bed and that i cant laugh or tell my partner how much I love him because ' I know im going to die and dont want to feel happy'
Im not on any medication, so its not that. There is hope guys! xx
