I would recommend CBT Therapy to anyone with Social Anxiety.But find a good therapist . Changing thoughts and beliefs is a large part of overcoming SA. I have also found Mindfulness meditation extemely beneficial . It promotes calm relaxation and self awareness. If you can develop insight and become aware of the thoughts and behaviours that create this condition it will change your perspective . And of course gradualy face your fear, but with self belief. look after yourself be kind and be your own motivater,friend and coach.
Dont be hard on yourself or on others take life lightly.
