I would like to say a big thank you to all members of nmp that have helped me over the years.

But I have made progress and I now think it is time for me to part ways with nmp and continue my battle of which I feel I am winning.

Keep the good work up and remember together we can defeat mental health.
And find a reason to overcome and stick too you guns.
