What to Expect? Is this it?

Hi Guys!

I did a menopause test yesterday and it came up positive I have to do the 2nd one in a weeks time, I thought that I would feel better if I had confirmation but my anxiety is not good and I have strange thoughts and feelings.

I am on my monthly at the moment and for the last 2 days I have been having these episodes only lasting a few minutes where I don't feel myself and really low, does anybody else experience this? Eg I left work yesterday and went fishing for a couple of hours with hubby it was a lovely evening, but I was helping him set the rods up and I had this feeling of "I enjoyed doing this a couple of weeks ago and now I don't it feels alien to me".

I woke at 6 this morning after horrific dreams managed to fall back to sleep but get periodically waking with this incredibly low feeling.

I don't know what to do or what to expect, will this lift?

Any experiences, advice or just support would really help right now.

How can you be having a period if you are in the menopause..?

I think it's the peri menopause which is the start sort of like the change. I think I will need to get some vitamins today. Looked in Boots yesterday at the ladies section there are so many! X
