A sensation of dread and a feeling of anticipatory fear
Never leaves us alone, it celebrates birthdays with us every year
Xanax pills, relaxation methods are constant part of our lives
It seems no one is exempt from panic, no man, woman or child
Every day is a new fight, for understanding and ways to find some relief
The hope for freedom from fear never goes away, let's keep that belief
You've got to stay positive, together we'll bring this affliction to it's knees
Panic Attacks leave u demotivated, looking to god, is this what i deserve?
Anxiety is like ice cream hitting your tooth, you might say it has a nerve
Neighbours in sufference we are, we keep each other so strong
In it for the full journey together, no matter how short or how long
