    Unhappy Harm OCD struggling tonight

    Been a stressful day today. And now I'm suffering for it. I have a session with my CBT therapist tommorrow. And I'm going to mession to her that when I'm in a stressful situation I get my intrusive thoughts. I want them to go away its so uncomfortable. I just want to feel better. And I hope tommorrow is a better day for me

    Hi Charlotte, how are you feeling today?

    My intrusive thoughts seem to multiply and get worse whenever I am stressed. I know how you feel.

    Is there anything you can do to relax? Anything that could bring your stress levels down. Easier said than done though isn't it?

    Hi thank u for replying. I've been ok today. Just feeling a bit anxious tonight. I have an app on my phone its called calm.com it guides u through on how to relax that helps a bit. I have also just orderd a CBT book off of amazon. My therapist said it was good that I have orded that book. How r u feeling?
