    feeling faint what can I do?

    Feeling faint and think its anxiety playing up. On propanolol but cannot take anymore today. Been feeling faint for the past hour and tried everything to make it stop. Any tips? I'm so afraid as im alone, sorry guys and gals.

    Don't be afraid..that's the cause..
    You'll be fine, you've been alone before..tell yourself youll be fine..
    get glass water, distract yourself.

    Thank you all. I am feeling steady now, Sat on the floor watching family guy. I have s job interview tomorrow so freaking about that even though I feel prepared (spent all day preparing).

    I'm on 40mg up to three times a day but I only take one a day in the morning.

    I have dizziness today I'm not on any medicines or anything just woke up feeling dizzy in putting it down to anxiety got a lot to answer for! X
