Increase help

How long for an increase to settle anyone know? It's been five weeks and been on sertraline a year now but increased as still having blips every month but now I feel worse than ever after a great week of normality

Hi hun, increases can take upto 12 weeks to be effective just like when you first start an AD, hang in there hun Im sure things will get better soon x x

I am in a panic I guess as had the best few days with no thoughts last week but maybe a placebo effect. Glad to see you trying to push through your anxiety, I have to work or I get worse its being at home that's a killer for me. Six weeks hols soon help!!!!

I get jealous of people that can look forward to things now as I used to but can't as don't know how I will be one day to the next. X

I know exactly how you feel, Im off on holiday on Tuesday and used to love my holidays but Im dreading it :-( this anxiety lark is so bloody controlling :-( x x
