    Palpitations

    I've had palpitations all night that have kept me awake I'm shattered and need help, my HA is at an all time high and I am driving myself insane I really don't know what to do

    All you need to know is that you will get better, and you will be feeling normal again soon.

    Face the symptoms head on and you will see an improvement.

    Good advice. Sometimes I look back and think, "I was scared cos I thought something was going to happen - and it didn't, so... I am ok."

    Can be as simple as good self-talk...
