Hi Flori,
my asthma has been not bad so far, my hayfever driving me nuts. going to go to local farmers market to get some local honey this helps. can not buy local honey in the shops, got to go to farmers market.
cannot stand it, tears streaming down, runny nose, the sneezing, all in a row, gosh that's so annoying, especially when driving.
All things are possible.
Hi Yvonne,
Thanks for replying and sorry to hear your hayfevers bad too. You sound a lot worse than me and hope the honey works and you feel better. I must try it.
I was feeling a bit breathless, because there just didn`t seem to be any air.
It`s a bit cooler and a bit of a breeze now where I stay, which has helped.
Hi Flori,
thank you for your kind words, very much appreciated thanks.
oh my your asthma sounds not too good, glad you can breath a lot easier.
hope the breeze stays so you can breath easier.
All things are possible.
Thanks Yvonne, It`s allergy asthma I have and there are so many blinking triggers. The dust mite is another and the advice from asthma and allergy uk, is with hayfever it is best to keep windows closed and for dustmite to keep them opened. I can`t win, lol. It`s far too warm to keep the windows closed.
How are you today with hayfever and did the honey help ? I also noticed on your other post your leg was sore. How is it now ?
oh my leg is alright, thank goodness for that. my hayfever was not bad today. thank goodness. hope it stays that way. thanks for asking. not been able to go to the farmers market, planning on going to the one in falkirk as its opened on sunday's.
need to find out what sunday it's on, and make a day out of it. feels like a cold I have, its hayfever to the extremes...
All things are possible.
That`s good your legs ok, Yvonne.
I know what you mean about feeling you have a bad cold, the allergy has really irritated the lining of your nose and throat, by the sounds of it. Do you take anti-histamines Yvonne. They help a bit too.
Hi Flori,
Yes at one time I took antihistamines, to the point that they stopped working. came off them, been taking natural remedies instead. someone mentioned to me that local honey works wonders. Manuka honey and cinnamon helps the cold, need to try the local honey for hayfever.
All things are possible.
For the allergy to pollen
Drink honey and lemon tea with a touch of sugar. You want honey sourced locally for it to work. Basically your body starts developing an immunity to the pollen in the honey so hay fever and other problems aren't so bad. I still get a tickly nose occasionally but I'm not as bad as I used to be.

Although I think living in a city instead of the country makes a difference to that too, lol.

Thanks Yvonne and Rennie for the info. I`ll need to try and find out where and if honey is sold locally.
Stripped all bedding yesterday and did a 90 degree wash, hoovered the mattress, damp dust etc and still woke up with peak flow low :(
