Hurt back while karting.

Well i had quite a crash while Karting at 6pm yesterday and now i am thinking instead of a strain it could be a collapsed lung,damage to my kidneys etc... already rang 111 they said it doesn't sound to bad and go to my local GP tomorrow.

Got heart palps atm beating faster than normal and sweating and feeling light headed and sickly:(.

You would know if it was your lungs or kidneys, there would be symptoms you haven't mentioned. (Don't google them!)

See the doctor tomorrow. It may be very mild shock, that can make you feel dizzy and sick. Lie down and close your eyes.
