Hi does anyone get headaches with their palpatations, I've had the palpatations non stop for days now I'm getting headaches. I've had all the heart tests like echo,ECG portable 3 day heart monitor and 24 hr bp monitor all came back fine. But I'm still scared

Me too Annie! I do get headaches with my palpitations but in my case I am sure mine are tension headaches from stressing about my heart.

Depending where the headache is and the type of pain, the two most likely reasons are muscular tension from panic/stress or a transient rise in blood pressure for the same reason. Neither of these are dangerous.
