I fear i am slowly loosing my mind, but my chest area always feels uncomfortable, most of the sensations i get don't actually hurt, but i just feel uncomfortable breathing and moving around. I just can't tell the different...i do sit down alot using the mouse and keyboard, so that might be the cause.

It certainly may be, try to get more exercise and take regular breaks when sitting for long periods.
never use a long word where a diminutive confabulation will suffice.
